If you require a DIY service this is considered but we need a deposit put on the chair covers to ensure we get them back on time.

Please email us regarding this telling me how many covers you need and also where you are located.

Payment

50% of the required payment has to be paid when booking the covers and the remainder of payment is due 4 weeks prior to the event. If we dont receive the final payment 4 weeks before we will charge £2 per day until payment is made.

Cancelling

If you wish to cancel your booking after we have received your booking form you will automatically lose your 50% deposit.

Damage to the covers or sashes

Minor food & drink stains on the covers and minor shoe damage round the bottom of the chair covers is acceptable and will not be charged for, however more serious marking such as candle wax, crayon, marker pens, footprints on the seat, burns and rips or if the cover has been dragged along the floor/outside etc will be considered as damage and a replacement charge will be required.

Last minute bookings

We can accept last minute bookings depending on availability. Full payment is required at time of booking for orders required within 4 weeks.
