What is the minimum number of chair covers I can hire?

There is no minimum for the hire of our covers.

 

What is your availability?

We have 200 chair covers so can accommodate large bookings. Understandably we get a lot of business & we can run out especially during the Christmas & wedding season.

 

Can I book in advance for 2011?

Yes - We are taking bookings for 2011 at the same price you see on our price list!

 

Organza Sashes - White, Ivory, Silver, Gold, Lilac, Purple, Baby Pink, Fuchsia Pink, Light blue, Navy blue, Chocolate brown, Burgundy, Silver, Red, Green, Black, Lime green, Orange, Champagne gold and Teal.

 

We will be adding on more colours in the future according to customer demand, so if your choice of colour is not on the list above, please let us know as we can order it in from our suppliers.

 

What size chair covers do you supply?

We supply lycra chair covers so are guranteed to fit most chairs as they stretch to fit. They also hug the chairs nicely to give a more fitted look.

 

How do I book?

Please drop us an Email with your requirements. We will contact you advising on availability and a quote. We will then require 50% deposit and then this deposit is taken off your final balance.

Please note bookings are NOT made until the deposit is received.

 

How do i pay?

You can either send us a cheque or a bank transfer is acceptable. The address is on the booking form.

 

Can i see samples of sashes and the covers?

We only charge £9.99 for a cover to be sent out. We only send out samples on receipt of the payment. This cost is refunded when the sample is sent back. 

When is the full balance expected? 4 weeks before the event date.

Do I need to pay a damage or loss deposit?

No. But if when we collect the chair covers there is any damages or loss we will charge £10 per cover.

 

What is considered as damage?

We dont class minor stains on the covers and minor shoe damage round the bottom as damage so that will not be charged for, however more serious marking such as candle wax, crayon, marker pens, footprints on the seat, burns and rips or if the cover has been dragged along the floor/outside etc will be considered as damage and a replacement charge will be required.

 

Can i cancel my booking?

Yes - but you will lose your deposit as once we receive that it secures your date.
